The Fanuc A06B6096H201 is an SVM2-12/12 two-axis servo amplifier module with an FSSB interface. Its wiring board specification is A16B-2202-0750, and its printed circuit board specification is A20B-2100-0541 (alternatively A20B-2100-0251).

The Fanuc servo amp series is composed of various units and components, including (1) Basic power supply module (PSM), (2) Basic servo amplifier module (SVM), (3) Basic spindle amplifier module (SPM), (4) Basic AC reactor, (5) Basic connectors for cable connections, (6) Basic fuses, (7) Optional power transformer, and (8) Optional fan adaptor.
To set up the servo amp with the series, the typical configuration involves one spindle amplifier module and two two-axis servo amplifier modules.
Installing a capacitor unit for power-factor improvement is not advised since it may have a negative impact on power regeneration.
The rated output of the motor is ensured only for the rated input voltage. Even if the input voltage change falls within the permissible range, the rated output may not be achieved.
If the input voltage falls outside the range of 200 to 240 VAC, a power transformer is necessary when using the power supply in that area.
Grounding is essential for the main circuit and 200V control power supply. This can be achieved by connecting the ground through either the neutral point or one phase of the three-phase power supply.
In order to comply with the EMC regulation enforced in EU countries, it is necessary to install a noise filter in the power supply input section.
