The A06B-60 servo amplifier is a part of a greater system that uses other FANUC parts with CNC controls. This servo Module A06B-6057-H007 is equipped specifically to control and communicate with two-axis and has a rated input of 566-651V, an output voltage maximum of 460V~, and an output current rated at 16.3A for both the L and M axes. Made in Japan, FANUC parts are one of a kind and this servo module amplifier will fit well into a larger FANUC system designed specifically for it. These products are manufactured in Japan and are designed for Commodity production, advanced machining, and CNC milling usage. They come with a 2-year warranty from MRO Electric. We also carry Servo Amplifiers from other manufacturers such as Siemens and Control Techniques.
The A06B-60 servo Module A06B-6057-H007 is a FANUC DC Servo Amplifier 50/60 Drive. FANUC is the manufacturer, and the series is A06B-60. This FANUC A06B-6057-H007 is traditionally used as a component in a FANUC factory automation system, a piece that plays a part in a larger operating system.
This power supply is fitted with FANUC 0-A and 0-B controls and is commonly also supplied with the FANUC digital monitor, Model 20/2000.
There are a few things to keep in mind when troubleshooting AC servo drives. Specifically, if a drive requires troubleshooting or testing it is important to first turn the machine off if the drive is currently running as a part of an active system.
If the drive is currently running, the larger system must be turned off so that the drive can sit for some length of time so that the DC bus can discharge. The DC bus must be discharged before moving onto the next step. If the drive is currently installed on a machine, then it is not necessary to remove the drive from the system. To perform a static check, remove the inputs and outputs; otherwise, the reading being taken may not be accurate. After a length of time check the DC bus to ensure that it has been given ample time to discharge.
The first and easiest part of a static check is to simply examine the physical drive to look for wear and tear and signs of various other problems. It can also be helpful to notice if the drive has any particular smell to it as this can be a sign of previous damage or poor working condition. All the necessary components must also be attached so that the system is properly connected to the amplifier.
The following includes some important safety measures to implement and guidelines to keep in mind in the installation, use, and operation of the A06B-6057-H007. It is important to protect the amplifier from impact and not step on or sit on the amplifier. Ensure the amplifier is used in the correct environment. Do not block the inlet for air to travel to the radiator. Take appropriate action to ensure that the coolant and oil mist do not become stuck to the radiator and fan motors that are unprotected from the outside of the power magnetic cabinet. Do not let the plastic components of the amplifier undergo excessive force as there is some risk, they cannot undergo the pressure causing damage.
