The CPS-150F is the control supply unit in the circuit board rack of the CPU configuration. The Yaskawa CPS-150F is located within the Power supply Unit, specifically in the CPU rack. These products are manufactured in Japan and are designed for Advanced manufacturing, milling, and factory automation usage. They come with a 2-year warranty from MRO Electric. We also carry Power Supplies from other manufacturers such as Schneider Electric and KUKA.
The CPU rack consists of three parts. These parts are the System Control Circuit Board (JANCD-XCP01o), the Control Power Supply Unit (CPS-150F), and the WAGO Connector.
The System control circuit board functions as the control for the entire system. It delivers control to the operating keys and shows the display to the programming pendant. It controls operation and calculates interpolation. It is also responsible for the interface of the servo control circuit board using a serial communication board. (JANCD-XIF03 or JANCD-XIF04) The system control circuit board provides two interface options: the PC card interface and Serial interface for RS-232C with an optional JANCD-XMM 01 board that can be installed when CMOS memory is expanded.
The control power supply unit is the unit that supplies the DC power (DC5V, 24V) to the I/O contactor unit (JZNC-XIU 01_). It also supplies the DC power to the programming pendant. It is also designed with an input function. The input function turns the control power supply on and off.

The CPS-150F display for SOURCE lights green when the AC power supply input is ON. This indicator is normally ON- indicating no problem. The POWER ON display lights green when the DC power supply input is ON. This indicator is normally ON- indicating no problem. The CPS-150F +5 V indicator lights red when the +5V supply has either an overvoltage or an overcurrent. This indicator ON indicates a problem with the unit. The +24V display will light RED when the interior of the unit overheats. This indicator ON indicates a problem with the unit.
CN05, 06, 26, and 27 on the I/O contactor unit (JZNC-XIU01_) and CN04 on the control power supply unit are manufactured with a connector made by WAGO. A wiring tool for the WAGO connector is essential to wire the WAGO connector. Two of the necessary tools are supplied with the XRC.
