Everyone I have talked with at MRO Electric was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The modules I purchased are no longer in production so finding a source for them allows me to delay the large expense of replacing the entire fountain controller for a bit longer. I recommend MRO Electric without hesitation.
Joe Kaminski was great helping with the PLC but also as a go between with us and the programming company as well. Joe was very good on the customer service side of the business as well which many companies don't have anymore. Highly recommend MRO Electric to do business with. Thanks
Like the Service that was provided by JK, Great customer service. Happy to know sonmeone still service Modicon PLC units. Fast and efficient.
We are very happy with the service that MRO provided to us. They had stock of an older PLC that we couldn't find anywhere and were able to have it ready for a courier to pick it up so we had our machine back up the same day. MRO will be the first place we check going forward.
MRO was able to ship us a refurbished Modicon PLC with a great warranty option at a price that no one else could match. I highly recommend this company!
