Asked for a price quote on PLC cards, received a quote later that same day with option of either new PLC cards or rebuilt with the prices for each. Ordered the rebuilt cards and standard delivery and received cards within three days. Installed cards and have had no issues.

The item, a Fanuc motor-brake combination, was in stock and shipped that day for next day delivery. The price was reasonable and, although I could have gotten it cheaper on eBay, etc, I liked the fact that Joe was very knowledgeable about the product line and warranties his goods. Plus eBay is a crapshoot when it comes to promised deliveries and I couldn't afford to take the risk. The motor showed up as promised and downtime was kept to a minimum as a result. I'm very happy with the product and the service and will use them again for similar items.
